Archives for July 2009
While I was on vacation this past week I received a flurry of email links to the New York Post. Thanks everyone for covering while I was on a blogging and Google alert timeout. Over the last several weeks the New York press has written about and promoted our city. For a second time, Tazza D’Oro is mentioned in the New York Post – rad! Check out the article and congrats to all who were highlighted and written about!
This is how I rolled last week-
(pic) Sunrise, beach, press pot of Costa Rica Helsar – sweeeet, spice of cinnamon and cloves, orange zest, marzapan. When I cupped this coffee back in May during a visit to Verve, I thought to myself, “this coffee is the perfect beach coffee”and it didn’t disappoint.
(pic) Bike trip from Reboboth – Lewes – Cape Henlopen and back – rad ride. Rehoboth Beach has bike lanes everywhere!
In my view, the Tour de France is one of the greatest, most gruelling sporting events ever (21 days, 2175 miles)! The Tour has an amazing storied history spanning 96 years of bike racing with amazing personal stories of the riders from all over the world.
Yep, we’re watching it at Tazza D’Oro – here is the info on the tour and TV schedule. Maillot Juane, Maillot a pois – yellow and polka dot jersey – YEAH!!!
