I love what’s happening in Pittsburgh right now.  Our city is so vibrant and progressive.  Before all the hype there were a lot of people, leaders, quietly doing what’s right and following their values and passion.  These folks have been the leaders for all us business owners, but they have never been ones to self promote, they just continue to do the right thing in sourcing our food and respecting workers.  Here’s to you, Sonja…and all the others!
